• Manage support tickets from triage to resolution, including bugs, workflow failures, and order or invoice issues
• Investigate and resolve stuck orders, invoices, and payment or workflow failures on the platform
• Debug backend issues in Node.js and Express, including API failures, middleware errors, and incorrect responses
• Execute MongoDB queries to inspect and correct data-related issues under supervision
• Run, monitor, and debug Python scripts and AWS Lambda functions for client data processing
• Validate and quality check data outputs before delivery to clients
• Trace frontend issues in Next.js back to backend root causes
• Maintain detailed ticket logs, resolution notes, and processing records
