• You will own key parts of our planning cycle, partner closely with business leaders on cost and strategy, and help shape how finance operates as we scale
• This is a builder role: some processes exist, many need to be set up, and you will roll up your sleeves to make them work
• Planning and Forecasting
• Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process end to end: build the model, coordinate inputs across functions and consolidate the final plan
• Own the monthly rolling forecast, tracking actuals against plan and forecast and explaining variances clearly
• Build and maintain driver-based models for revenue, gross margin and operating costs
• Partner with business and functional heads to understand cost drivers and support decision-making

What they are looking for

• We are looking for a hands-on FP&A professional who enjoys building both the numbers and the process behind them
• 3 to 4 years of experience in FP&A, business finance or a related role (CA / MBA Finance preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AOP and rolling forecasts
• Exposure to cost allocation and profitability analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
