• Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates
• Work in shifts where required, depending on the role
• As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years' experience in cloud/platform engineering roles
• Hands-on experience operating production systems in AWS and Azure
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for multi-team or enterprise environments
• Technical Skills
