• About the Job We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Strategy team
• In this role, you'll look internally to understand our operating environment and its financial impact while scanning external trends to identify growth opportunities and design strategic solutions
• / Expectations
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business plans
• Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct macroeconomic research, market and competitor research to formulate business strategies
• Evaluate capital expenditures and asset depreciation
• Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into call center performance and trends

• The ideal candidate will bring strong financial analysis and project management expertise, with a deep understanding of financial systems and business processes
• Location/Hours Location: Mumbai Shift: UK shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) Weekend offs: Saturday and Sunday
• Full-time MBA in Finance (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis Desired
