What the work involves

• Write copy for performance ads, social media creatives, emails, landing pages, brochures, flyers, website content and other marketing collaterals.
• Interpret creative briefs, campaign requirements and research inputs to develop clear and persuasive copy concepts.
• Work closely with designers, performance marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create content that supports campaign objectives.
• Produce error-free copy that follows partner university guidelines, brand tonality, tone of voice and editorial guidelines.
• Conduct research on courses, industries, audience needs and relevant topics to support accurate and effective communication.
• Use digital research tools to identify search trends and create content that supports discoverability and marketing goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative, design and performance marketing teams.
• Analyse existing creatives and suggest copy improvements based on feedback, performance data and campaign learnings.
• Manage multiple copy tasks simultaneously and deliver within documented timelines.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, revisions and approvals.

What they are looking for

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in copywriting, content, communications, advertising or marketing.
• Strong portfolio in copywriting, content, communications or marketing, with a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training and professional experience.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and compelling way.
• Strong editorial discipline, with the ability to produce error-free copy across formats and channels.
• Experience writing for digital, print, social, email, performance marketing and other marketing communication formats.
• Experience using AI-enabled writing and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms to support ideation, research, drafting and content optimisation.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Asana, Wrike or Jira, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to understand briefs, incorporate feedback and deliver revised copy efficiently.
