What the work involves

• Manage Embassy REIT’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and manage the social media content calendar in line with business milestones, campaigns and brand priorities.
• Create engaging content across formats including posts, videos, reels, graphics and carousels.
• Write and edit social copy, campaign content and short-form scripts.
• Work with design, digital and agency partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Translate corporate updates, PR initiatives and thought-leadership content into engaging social-first formats.
• Support social media campaigns around key business milestones, events, partnerships, tenant initiatives and brand programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Leasing, Asset Management, Investor Relations and other functions to identify relevant stories and content opportunities.
• Support content development for digital campaigns, events, videos and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social conversations, comments and brand mentions, and coordinate responses where required.

What they are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing or brand communications.
• Experience working with creative, digital or social media agencies preferred.
• Experience in real estate, financial services, hospitality or other corporate sectors would be an advantage.
• Strong social media and digital storytelling skills.
