• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and other channels

• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
• HR Operations & Administration:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Maintain employee records, databases, personal files, and HR documentation

• HR Recruiter & Executive Experience: 1-3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Location: Surat
• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration
• Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, Technology, Retail, or Startups will be an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant HR knowledge may also be considered
