• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and delivered digital experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, or comparable design and prototyping tools.
• Experience participating in user research, usability testing, or design workshops and translating findings into design improvements.
