• Ecolab is searching for a driven Data Analyst for our Enterprise Growth Operations Team in Pune, India
• The Data Analyst is a key member of Ecolabs Enterprise Growth Operations team, supporting global enterprise accounts through data-driven insights and analytical support
• In this role, you will be the data scientist for the businesshelping turn complex data into actionable insights that improve visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and execution effectiveness
• By partnering closely with global stakeholders, the Data Analyst helps identify opportunities to accelerate sales velocity, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business impact across the enterprise

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Sales Analyst, or Data Analyst role

• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
• exposure to BI or analytics platforms is preferred
• Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, or revenue operations concepts
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to global stakeholders across time zones
