• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer / End User Support with at least 1+ year of experience in providing technical support for Windows operating systems, domain environments, and general hardware and software issues
• The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, or technical support
• Good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Basic understanding of domain environments and domain controllers
• Knowledge of Active Directory, user accounts, and Group Policy basics is preferred
• Good understanding of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, RAM, hard drives/SSDs, and peripherals
• Knowledge of software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
