What the work involves

• Role Description The Accountant is responsible for financial operations and maintaining accurate accounting and tax-related records, files, and documents to support the company s business needs and financial obligations
• Responsible for daily financial management tasks, including preparation of monthly journals, schedules, and financial reports
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including quality assurance reviews
• Prepare monthly GST reports
• Prepare statutory financial reports and provide supporting documentation to auditors
• Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP, India GAAP, and related international accounting standards
• Assist in organizational strategic initiatives within the organization
• Collaborate with other finance departments, including Business Finance, Credit Control, Corporate Accounting, and Tax Compliance teams
• Ability to work independently with a moderate level of supervision
• Undertake any other tasks and
