What the work involves

• Build a social media plan for each brand: goals, audience, platforms, content themes and posting rhythm.
• Run a monthly content calendar for every account and get client sign-off on time.
• Study competitors and trends in each client's industry and turn them into content ideas.
• Write posts, captions, carousels, short video scripts and LinkedIn articles.
• Direct the in-house design and motion team for all social work. Brief them, set priorities and approve every creative before it goes live.
• Adjust the tone for each brand. A restaurant launch and a CFO's LinkedIn post should not sound alike.
• Grow company pages on LinkedIn for B2B clients.
• Plan and run Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns within agreed budgets.
• Set up targeting, test creatives and fix what is not working.
• Run launch campaigns for events, openings and product releases.

What they are looking for

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in social media, at least 1 year at an agency or handling multiple brands
• Manage LinkedIn profiles for founders, MDs and CXOs. Turn their ideas and experience into posts that build trust and bring business leads.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on social media work, with at least 1 year handling several brands at once.
• Proven LinkedIn experience, including ghostwriting for senior leaders.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience. LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• A portfolio of accounts you have grown, with numbers to show it.
• Experience with B2B, finance, SaaS or professional services brands.
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar).
