• 3P Vendor & Invoice Checking: Oversee third-party vendor compliance, validating vendor invoices against attendance, gross salaries, basic pay, statutory deductions, and margins prior to payment approvals
• Statutory Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF), maintain statutory registers and abstracts, manage notice board displays, and coordinate inspections
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Conduct regular store floor walks to connect with staff, address day-to-day employee queries, resolve grievances in coordination with store management, and handle disciplinary escalations
• Training, Welfare & Engagement: Coordinate store-level employee training sessions, maintain training logs, organize employee engagement initiatives, and ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and grooming standards
• Personnel Records & Data Management: Maintain updated physical personnel files and digital databases for all store employees, tracking status changes, internal transfers, and key HR metrics
