• In this role, you will combine strong functional and technical skills, working with a team of software professionals and directly with client stakeholders to enhance overall business operations
• We are seeking a Business Analyst Implementations professional who has 4-6 years of experience in Healthcare IT and/or Business Analysis that includes Elicitation, Analysis, testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications or using applications in a business setting
• The ideal candidate is self-organized and resourceful, and applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work through ambiguity without close oversight

• Perform live demos on system functionality and the recommended implementation/solution approach to customer partners and internal teams
• Deliver presentations on topics including measurement, analysis, improvement, and KPIs
• Understand customer workflow problems and provide recommended best practices
