• Research, write, and edit technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, solution briefs, newsletters, and website copy.
• Create thought leadership content around AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Application Development, and Digital Transformation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, solution architects, sales, and marketing to ensure technical accuracy and business relevance.
• Develop SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search visibility.
• Create full-funnel marketing content (TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU) to support demand generation and lead nurturing.
• Develop personalized content for enterprise prospects to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms using LLM SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to identify emerging trends and content opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across websites, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and continuously improve content effectiveness.

• Strictly 3–4 years of relevant experience in technical content writing.
• Mandatory prior experience working in a service-based IT company, preferably in mobile application development, software development, or digital engineering.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and business-focused content.
• Hands-on experience in SEO-optimized content creation and website content strategy.
• Excellent written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
