What the work involves

• Documentation and Reporting:
• Consolidate data such as profile and loss (Variable & Fixed Cost) related to each production, analyze, deviation against budget and present inferences/ key highlights, on MIS
• track status of actions, prioritize and follow-through for closure and report status
• Prepare monthly performance report, risk presentation, sales and operation reports and track R&D NPD activities with business team
• Track sales & contribution number for each product on monthly basis against budget and report to business for upside/ downside variance
• Keep a track of record related to raw materials, ensure timely business approvals
• Ensure the overall schedule of volume ordered for raw materials is in line with consumption plan from operation team and ensure efficient tracking of total RM plan
• Flag deviation to business and ensure corrective action is communicated to respective stakeholder
• Accurately record and maintain MoM (Minutes of Meetings) for meetings/ discussions undertaken on behalf of business
• Follow-through with concerned people or agencies, seek update on MoM (Minutes of Meetings) for meetings or tasks assigned and report status to SBU Head

• UG: B.Tech / B.E
• PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Operations
• Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills
