• Freight Forwarding Company Position: Sales & Operations Executive
• Handle customer enquiries for air freight, sea freight, FCL, LCL, and project cargo shipments
• Prepare and share competitive freight quotations with customers
• Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain rates and develop international business opportunities
• Manage import and export shipments, ensuring smooth cargo movement from origin to destination
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouse teams
• Follow up with customers for bookings, shipment confirmations, documentation, and payments
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, HBL/MBL, AWB, and other export/import documentation
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding ETD, ETA, and transit status
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to generate new business
