• Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers
• Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting
• Prepares analyses and reports for department managers
• Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting
• Supports month end close
• Prepares and consolidates financial data
• Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis
• Executes special projects as assigned
• Drive Automation Projects: Lead and execute site-level automation initiatives to streamline finance workflows and eliminate manual processing
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Prepare and analyze monthly comparative reports of actual financial performance against forecasted projections

• E xperience: Proven track record in plant accounting, manufacturing finance, or a closely related corporate finance environment
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in balance sheet reconciliation, variance analysis, and managing financial audit cycles, statutory submissions
• System Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e
