• We have 2 opportunities, one more inclined towards innovations/NPD and second more inclined towards Product marketing, managing P&L
• This role will support the upstream marketing team in analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and assisting in the development of product strategies and business cases
• This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to help define the right products and solutions that meet market demands and align with business goals
• Market & Insights Support, Product strategy & planning, Cross functional collaboration, Execution & reporting 2 nd position is to design & develop product strategy for positive effectiveness in terms of topline, bottom line and complete lifecycle management on the sub-category
• keeping close co ordination with concerned departments within or outside organisation
• Design & Develop product strategy to deliver topline and bottom line
• Plan yearly budget in alignment with the business plans
• Continuously evaluate product decisions, Pricing policy, Channel mix, Sales plan and Marketing plan to ensure effective delivery of business

• Develop market intelligence and perform Industry competition analysis to identify opportunities
• Portfolio benchmarking with competition to ensure leads for product development and competitiveness
• Monitor and manage the entire product lifecycle, from product introduction to discontinuation, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to the category strategy
• Collaborate with: o Sales for periodic tracking of sales in line with annual plan through various reports
• Analyse the movement of the product to conceptualize & provide immediate feedback on areas requiring focus to sales stakeholders
• o Service & quality team to review the improvements in product quality and identify opportunities to improve service to end consumers
