What the work involves

• Former Ivy League and Top 20 admissions officers to rigorously review and refine applications
• Professors and PhD teaching fellows from leading universities to guide students through original, independent research — with pathways to selective peer-reviewed publication or conference presentation
• Past ISEF winners and judges who coach students to compete for state, national, and international science fair awards
• Capstone project mentors who help students design and scale leadership initiatives with real-world impact, measurable outcomes, and credible external validation
• Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Become a face of the brand on Instagram with regular well-researched, insightful, and student-focused content.
• Write clear, compelling copy tailored for different audiences and platforms.
• Be comfortable shooting short-form videos (self-shot or with team members) and doing basic editing & designing.
• Draft, design, and send newsletters and email campaigns that drive engagement.
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and quality across all communications.

What they are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or social media planning.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong writing and storytelling skills. Proven experience of handling content and community building online!
• Basic design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar).
• Limitless development and exposure- our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.
• $1,000 training budget per year- we love to level up!
