• Brand & Campaign Communication: Develop creative copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including headlines, taglines, scripts, and brand storytelling.
• Performance Marketing: Write conversion-focused copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Website & E-commerce Content: Create website content, landing pages, product descriptions, category pages, and collection descriptions.
• Social Media & Content: Develop engaging social media captions, Reels scripts, influencer briefs, and content ideas.
• CRM & Customer Communication: Write email campaigns, SMS, WhatsApp messages, push notifications, and other CRM communications.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Design, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and PR teams.
• SEO & Content Optimization: Support SEO initiatives through optimized website and product content.
• Content Performance: Monitor content performance and refine messaging to improve engagement and conversions.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorming, and content quality reviews.
