• Independently own, prepare, maintain, and validate billing sheets for multiple projects
• Take end-to-end responsibility for invoice preparation and generation across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
• Prepare project-wise invoices in accordance with contractual terms, billing schedules, agreed rates, and project milestones
• Validate billing inputs, resource utilization, timesheets, purchase orders (POs), and other supporting documentation before invoice generation
• Coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and relevant stakeholders to resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies
• Maintain project-wise invoice trackers and monitor invoicing status, pending invoices, and unbilled revenue
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, customer billing
