• Role Summary Responsible for processing and validating corrections, reversals, adjustments, and exception transactions across operational processes
• The role ensures timely resolution of processing errors while maintaining data integrity, minimizing operational risk, and adhering to established controls and service standards
• Process transaction corrections, reversals, adjustments, and re-bookings accurately and within SLA
• Investigate operational errors, identify root causes, and execute corrective actions
• Review supporting documentation and validate requests prior to processing
• Perform account and transaction reconciliations related to corrections and reversals
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Escalate high-risk issues and exceptions promptly
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails

• Bachelors degree in finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Reconciliations, Asset Servicing, or Banking Operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work across shifts as required by the business
• Assist supervisors and managers in day-to-day operational activities and reporting
