What they are looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience, preferably designing complex enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and responsive web/mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma expertise, including Auto Layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong UX problem-solving skills, including user research, persona-based workflows, information architecture, journey mapping, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted design workflows, using Figma Make, Figma AI, Google Stitch, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools for research synthesis, ideation, rapid prototyping, and design exploration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently collaborate with Product Owners, business users, developers, and cross-functional Agile teams.
• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to create user-friendly, scalable, and accessible designs for enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
• The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from understanding user and business needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• The ideal candidate should have strong UX skills, advanced Figma knowledge, and experience with AI-powered design tools.
