• Contribute to strategic and ad hoc analyses, including cost optimisation initiatives, geographic footprint reviews, and cost-benefit analyses
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to support compensation and headcount planning, including analysis of base salary, bonus, and incentive budgets
• Help drive process improvements and automation efforts, leveraging tools such as Anaplan and Excel to improve scalability, accuracy, and reporting efficiency
• Prepare clear and concise financial analyses and presentations for senior management, supporting discussions on workforce planning, budget performance, and key financial drivers
