What the work involves

• Dispense ophthalmic medicines, eye drops, ointments, oral medications, and other prescribed drugs as per valid prescriptions.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, frequency, and potential medication errors.
• Provide patients with clear instructions regarding the use, dosage, storage, and precautions of eye medications.
• Maintain adequate stock of ophthalmic medicines, surgical consumables, and other pharmacy supplies.
• Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions of medicines, including cold-chain products where applicable.
• Maintain records of purchases, dispensing, stock movement, and expired or damaged medicines.
• 9 hours shift from 3pm.
• 12Noon for 6 days in a week Preferred candidate profile Educational.

What they are looking for

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council, as applicable under local regulations.
• Experience Freshers may be considered.
• 2-3 years experience in a hospital pharmacy, ophthalmology centre, or eye hospital is preferred.
