What the work involves

• The Data Scientist Generative AI & NLP Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that meet our business needs
• This role suits a creative, analytical, and proactive individual focused on pushing the capabilities of AI within our projects

• • Build, test, and optimize AI agents for automated tasks and enhanced user experiences where applicable
• • Ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout the model development lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
• • Communicate complex technical findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations

What they are looking for

• With 4+ years of hands-on Data Science experience and at least 2+ years working in Generative AI, you will bring specialized expertise in LLMs and NLP
• Project experience in NLP is a must, and experience in developing AI Agents will be considered a strong plus
• in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Science, with a proven track record of applying machine learning or AI techniques to real-world problems
• • At least 2 years of specialized experience in Generative AI, with demonstrable hands-on experience working with LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.)
• • Strong project experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including building and deploying NLP models in production environments
• • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• • Experience with data management, model versioning, and workflow orchestration tools
