• Experience as a Functional Analyst in large-scale banking or Cards transformation programs, preferably involving system modernization or migration
• Ability to work effectively in agile, squad-based, and multi-vendor delivery environments
• Experience defining functional flows, data mappings, business rules, and exception scenarios across complex payment ecosystems
• Strong collaboration skills to work with product owners, architects, development, and testing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex functional topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• (e.g., card schemes, regional compliance constraints) is highly desirable
