What the work involves

• Business Development Executive BioCBG
• Generate new leads through field research, references, industry networks, cold calling, and government scheme databases (SATAT, MNRE)
• Identify and qualify prospects based on feedstock, land availability, financial capacity, and project size (TPD)
• Drive qualified leads towards client meetings and signed MOUs
• Prepare MOUs, proposals, DPR supporting documents, KYC, subsidy, and SATAT application forms
• Manage client follow-ups, pending approvals, bank documentation, and payment coordination
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, client records, and weekly activity reports
• Coordinate with BDM and internal Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams
• Develop knowledge of EPC project execution and work towards future growth into a BDM role

• We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate qualified business opportunities for BioCBG consultancy and EPC projects
• The candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate leads, acquire clients, convert opportunities into signed MOUs, and manage business-related documentation and follow-ups
• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM
• Experience in Industrial Sales, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Bio-CNG/BioCBG will be preferred
