• ₹4,000,000.00/yr About The Opportunity A dynamic advisory and investment firm operating at the intersection of cross-border finance, private equity, and strategic corporate transactions, we empower high-growth companies and institutional investors across India and emerging markets
• Our team architects complex merchant banking deals—debt, equity, and structured finance—that unlock capital, accelerate scale, and drive enterprise value for clients navigating global expansion
• Lead end-to-end execution of merchant banking mandates: debt syndication, direct lending, private placements, and M&A advisory for mid-market to large enterprises
• Originate and structure customized capital solutions—including hybrid instruments, securitizations, and mezzanine financing—for strategic client segments
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign funds, and private equity players across APAC and EMEA
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, term sheet negotiation, and closing logistics for high-value, cross-border transactions
• Mentor junior bankers and drive deal team productivity through rigorous deal discipline, client management, and execution excellence
