What the work involves

• This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd
• Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees primarily IT and 3in1 vertical employees
• Will be a single point of contact for internal stakeholders in all HR related queries
• Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives
• Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization
• Connect with employees during branch visits, face-to-face and telephonic discussions and gauge the pulse of their engagement with the organization
• Manage the key HR processes in terms of process adherence and timelines
• Onboarding, Performance Management System, IJP releases, Closure of auto promotions, Exit Management
• Ensure the department RR quota is 100% utilized
• Prepare monthly HR dashboard and make presentations during HR and business reviews
