• Manage Agile sprints, dependencies, defects, UAT and release readiness to ensure quality and timely launches
• Drive improvements in customer journeys, UI/UX, digital adoption and funnel conversion
• Monitor product KPIs, conversion, drop-offs, adoption and business performance and identify improvement opportunities
