What the work involves

• Turn service delivery, grievance and program data from multiple departments into insight for leadership
• The analyst builds monitoring dashboards, tracks service KPIs and supports evidence-based decisions on citizen services
• Collect, clean, validate and integrate data from departmental applications, APIs, RajDhara/State Data Centre sources, and flat files
• Design and maintain dashboards and MIS reports on service delivery timelines, pendency, grievance redressal, SLA compliance and department performance
• Define KPIs and performance indices, and run trend, root-cause, geospatial and comparative district/department analyses
• Identify bottlenecks, anomalies and service gaps, and present actionable recommendations to senior officials
• Prepare periodic briefing notes, presentations and ad-hoc analyses for review meetings
• Enforce data quality and governance standards, and document data dictionaries and metrics definitions
• Apply statistical and predictive techniques (forecasting, clustering, sentiment/text analysis on grievances) where relevant
• Ensure adherence to the DPDP Act 2023, Rajasthan data-sharing policies and information security norms

• Experience: 3-6 years in data analysis, MIS or business intelligence, with at least 1-2 years in the public sector or large-scale service delivery preferred
