What the work involves

• The CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) Sales Officer is part of the banks frontline sales team responsible for acquiring new CASA customers and deepening existing relationships
• The role includes driving account acquisitions, generating business from multiple customer segments, crossselling bank products, and ensuring superior customer service
• This is a fieldintensive sales role requiring daily customer engagement and outdoor activities
• Customer Acquisition & Business Development Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) customers through field visits, references, and cold calling
• Identify and tap new customer segments such as salaried individuals, SMEs, traders, professionals, and corporates
• Source and onboard highvalue customers to grow CASA balances and improve branch liability book
• Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CASA customers
• Increase product penetration by crossselling products like FD/RD, insurance, debit/credit cards, mobile banking, and investment products
• Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction
• Sales Target Achievement Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and balance targets
