• This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working in a pharmaceutical company or regulated pharma environment
• Pharma Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry
• GxP Environment: Good knowledge and hands-on experience working in a GxP-regulated environment
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GxP, GMP, and IT compliance

• Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and IT infrastructure will be preferred
• Flexible and ready for 247 support including night shifts
