• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments and collections, supporting commercial operations, and coordinating with clients, vendors, banks, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Prepare and coordinate the issuance of Certificates of Origin
• Review and manage international shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin
• Coordinate with agents for embassy attestation of documents, ensuring compliance with the legal and trade
