What the work involves

• The role accountable on employee lifecycle processes, HRMS administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and recruitment delivery while ensuring smooth HR operations and continuous process improvement
• HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including preboarding, onboarding, confirmation, appraisals and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, documentation, and HR trackers
• Administer attendance, leave, shift/remote policies, and workflows in HRMS
• Coordinate and audit monthly payroll inputs (attendance, LOP, allowances, reimbursements, bonus and salary adjustments) in coordination with Finance
• Issue official documents: employment letters and policy advisories
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, and resolving operational issues within stipulated time
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Administration, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations

• Optimize candidate pipeline metrics: sourcing, delivery timelines, drop off, conversion ratio, future supply, etc with trackers and reports
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee queries and concerns relating to HR policies, payroll, attendance, leave, and workplace matters
