What the work involves
The engineer builds computer vision models that ship and run in the field, not notebooks that stay internal: object detection, segmentation and classification using YOLO-family models, Detectron or equivalents, plus OpenCV. A major part of the role is model optimization and deployment - ONNX, TensorRT, quantization and edge or GPU inference - along with hands-on data and annotation work.
What the employer asks for
- Three to seven years building production ML and computer vision systems.
- Strong Python and PyTorch; TensorFlow is a plus.
- Depth in computer vision techniques and deployment tooling for edge and GPU inference.
