What the work involves

• The Senior Cyber Security Analyst plays a key role as the bridge between the IAM Project Manager and the technical team
• This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure secure access to enterprise systems, applications, and data
• This role focuses on enforcing access governance, strengthening authentication mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory
• • Ensures the technical quality of the IAM project
• Coordinators between the technical IAM team, the cyber cecurity engineering team, particularly the project manager and IAM functional consultants and other stakeholders
• Drive automation in identity lifecycle management and access workflows
• Continuously improve IAM processes and controls to enhance security and operational efficiency
• Supervise technical team
• Assign tasks and prioritize the technical backlog
• Report progress to the Cyber Security Engineering Team, particularly the Project Manager and IAM Functional Consultants

• This position reports to the Cyber Security Engineering Team
• Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
• 8 to 10 years in IAM project in complex environments •
• Experience in team management and supervision
• Involvement in the design and delivery of complex or critical projects
