What the work involves

• Performance and growth - Write hooks, headlines and copy for ad creatives on Meta, Google and marketplaces (statics, carousels and Reels-style videos). - Work with the performance team to read results and improve CTR, conversion and ROAS through copy.
• CRM and retention - Write app push notifications, WhatsApp messages, emails and SMS that drive repeat purchases. - Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks and CTAs with the CRM team.
• Social and stores - Write content for Instagram, Reels and creator collaborations, from captions and hooks to Reels scripts, influencer scripts and creator briefs. - Write in-store signage, tags, packaging inserts and launch communication for our retail stores.
• Product and website - Write website and app content, from homepage and collection pages to landing pages and on-site messaging that helps customers buy with confidence. - Bring fabric, craft and comfort to life in simple words, without overclaiming. - Write SEO-friendly copy for category pages and collections.
• Brand and campaigns - Write copy for launches, seasonal drops and festive campaigns across our brands, with the design and creative teams. - Turn campaign ideas into taglines and stories that work across channels. - Write in line with the brand voice guide so every channel sounds like Aramya.
• A portfolio that shows both brand storytelling and performance copy (Social Media, CRM and ads). - Excellent English, plus strong Hindi or Hinglish for ads, social and WhatsApp.
• Strong attention to detail and zero-error delivery.
• Open to daily feedback and quick iterations.

• Ability to write short and sharp: a 5-word hook, a 40-character push, a 2-line product description.
