• 4-5 years of relevant experience in tech writing
• A real technical background: prior experience developing, building, or working hands-on within a demanding tech project (development, product engineering, or equivalent technical execution). This is a core qualifier for the role.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools: you know how to use them across their full range, for research, drafting, ideation, and refinement, and use that fluency to work faster and smarter
• The ability to simplify complex systems for a non-technical reader while preserving their substance
