• Role & responsHiring: Control Tower Executive / Tracking Executive

• Monitor shipment movement, track exceptions, and ensure timely resolution for uninterrupted supply chain operations
• Control Tower Manager / Tracking Manager
• Track vehicles and shipments in real time using GPS, OTM, FleetX, SIM, and other tracking tools
• Identify and escalate delays, exceptions, and operational risks promptly
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, carriers, and customers for updates and issue resolution
• Maintain tracking logs, movement reports, and customer communication records
• Ensure ETA adherence and trigger proactive alerts whenever required
• Support RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
