What the work involves

• Receive and promptly acknowledge onboarding requests from the Front Office (FO)
• Review deal background, transaction details and associated timelines
• Lead end-to-end coordination to facilitate KYC and refresh activities Perform accurate and timely case creation, updates, and tracking on client platforms
• Manage product fulfilment tasks including gathering documents, query resolution, chasing internal teams and supporting issue resolution
• Ensure client responses are received in the correct format
• Proactive follow-up with the FO team for outstanding documents and provide regular updates to the KYC operations team
• Drive timely completion of requests by effective prioritizing and coordination with the FO and onshore CDS team
• Completion of trigger refresh by coordinating with KYC Refresh team
• Ensure adherence to client procedures, internal policies and regulatory

• Monitor and manage case aging, identify bottlenecks, and proactively manage FO escalations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FO stakeholders, providing transparent and timely case updates
• Develop and present MIS reports, KYC trackers, operational dashboards and KPI reports
• Conduct regular governance meetings and service review sessions with key stakeholders
• Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, and knowledge repositories to support operational excellence Preferred candidate profile
• 11+ years of experience
