• Employment Type: Full-time, on-campus
• ·      Manage the institution’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and WhatsApp Channels.
• ·      Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase relevant followers, engagement, reach and brand visibility.
• ·      Prepare monthly content calendars covering admissions, academic achievements, placements, campus life, events and student success stories.
• ·      Create compelling captions, campaign ideas, reels and video concepts in coordination with graphic designers, video editors and content writers.
• ·      Coordinate with academic departments, students and faculty to capture authentic campus stories and ensure timely event coverage.
• ·      Encourage participation from students, faculty and alumni to build an active online community.

What they are looking for

• We are looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, grow our follower community and strengthen Accurate’s digital presence.
• Candidates with experience working with educational institutions, colleges or universities will be preferred.
• ·      Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, with demonstrated results in audience growth and engagement.
• ·      Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
• ·      Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• ·      Ability to plan campaigns, manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
• ·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field preferred.
