• The Time & Attendance SME will be responsible for managing complex attendance operations, resolving escalated issues, ensuring timekeeping accuracy, and supporting payroll readiness
• The role requires strong process knowledge, independent decision-making within established guidelines, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure operational excellence and compliance with organizational policies
• Act as a subject matter expert for Time & Attendance processes, including timesheet validation, attendance exceptions, overtime, shift management, and leave administration
• Independently manage complex attendance discrepancies, escalations, and recurring issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Review and validate attendance and timekeeping data to ensure payroll inputs are complete and accurate
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, operations, employees, and management to resolve critical or high-impact attendance issues
• Analyze attendance trends, identify root causes of recurring errors, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support attendance adjustments, exception approvals, and audit
