• Own and drive the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Editorial, Business, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve existing products and features.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Establish and maintain UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and reusable components.
• Explore and leverage relevant AI tools within the UI/UX domain to improve design research, ideation, prototyping, testing, personalisation, and design workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging AI-powered design tools and technologies and identify practical use cases for AI within ABP Live's digital products.
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, digital products, design tools, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.

• Ensure consistency in visual language, navigation, accessibility, and overall product experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools relevant to UI/UX and the ability to incorporate AI into design workflows and product experiences.
• Experience in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, layout, colour, and design systems.
