• In this role, you will own the product strategy and continuous improvement of our Core HCM capabilities across the Hire to Retire process (excluding the Hire process, which sits with the Talent Acquisition Attraction (TAA) team), with particularly strong focus on the Change Job business process, as well as Termination and data management
• This is a strategic, solution-oriented position where you will collaborate with global leaders and cross-functional teams-including process owners, technology, security, and support functions-to accelerate implementation timelines, manage the product lifecycle, reduce operational issues, apply prioritization frameworks, and build a transparent, high-quality product roadmap
• The role is weighted roughly 50-70% product management and 50-30% process ownership
• Define and execute a strategic product roadmap for Workday Core HCM aligned with organizational goals and evolving market needs, with a strong emphasis on the Change Job business process, Termination, and data management across the Hire to Retire lifecycle (excluding Hire, owned by TAA)
• Feature Prioritization Backlog Management: Collaborate with process owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and user feedb
