• Edit reels and short-form videos for our clients' social media channels
• Work with copywriters, cinematographers, strategists, and account managers to turn a brief into a scroll-stopping video
• Bring your own ideas to concepts, hooks, and storytelling, not just execute instructions
• Stay on top of trends and turn them into on-brand content quickly
• Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, captions, and sound design that make the edit feel premium
• Produce multiple variations of a video (hooks, cuts, formats) so we can test what performs
• Manage several projects at once and deliver on time, in the right formats and resolutions
• Handle revisions cleanly and keep improving based on client and performance feedback
• A strong portfolio of short-form work that shows taste, pacing, and storytelling
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
